Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Serves as the visitor and volunteer point of contact in the Museum Store, will include volunteer supervision and training.
Oversee store opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliations and deposits.
Become proficient in the understanding and use of the Point of Sale system (POS) including sales processes, daily reports and end of day reconciliations, database maintenance and related functionality.
Assist with merchandise receiving and processing, including tagging, stocking and display. Ensures proper handling including unpacking and checking against purchase orders and packing lists.
Responsible for the timely distribution of merchandise (new and restocking) to the store.
Responsible for daily e-commerce orders, including filling order, packing and shipping.
Maintains shipping/receiving area and stockroom including supplies, equipment and floor plan.
Assist with annual physical inventory.
Models and reinforces positive customer service behavior. Diplomatically manages the customer’s needs and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Photography and web design experience

Graphic design experience
