Movin’ at the Museum: March to your own Rhythm

Movin’ at the Museum has expanded this year to once a month EVERY month! Each first Saturday of the month will be another chance for folks to try out another style of physical activity from Zumba to POUND. This provides even more opportunity for everyone to get up and get movin’.
Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Our instructor for our Zumba workout will be Tara Allen!
