You are invited to join us in celebrating the opening of our newest exhibition, Lullaby: Babies in Slovak Folk Dress. Special guest Slovak photographer Monika Klučiarová will perform a lullaby on the fujara. Helene Cincebeaux will talk about her more than 50 years of collecting Czech and Slovak folk dress and her adventures that went with it. Helene also will be available to sign copies of her books, A Treasury of Slovak Folk Dress and Slovakia! Traditions Old & New. Both are available for purchase from the Museum Store.
