Czechs, like any other nationalities, enjoy their salads. Traditional Czech salad recipes have some similarities with salads from other nations, but at the same time have a very original and refreshing approach. This class will be a perfect example that Czech food is not just sauerkraut, pork, and dumplings (even though these are delicious too).
