Guild Meetings

The Guild membership meets every first Saturday of the month. Exception are summers when we meet every second Monday night.
Meetings are led by the Board Chair, and regular reports are submitted by the Treasurer, and Recording and Corresponding Secretaries, respectively. In addition, we have a Museum Board Representative (currently Mr. Leo Modracek) among us, who attends the Museum Board meetings. He informs us on all activities related to the Museum development. Committee Chairs also report on the progress of their work on special projects (we currently have 9 plus 1 special committees active). Museum Volunteer Coordinator, Ms. Patty Hikiji, gives monthly updates on volunteer involvement, as well as special programs planned by the Museum.
Our Program Committee (currently Chaired by Ms. Zula Oujiri) prepares a program for each meeting. Various speakers from the area deliver presentations on a variety of topics, thus providing an educational component of our meetings.
