New, this year, will be a
PATRON’S CHOICE RECIPE CONTEST
Do you have a fantastic appetizer recipe that includes beer as a substantial ingredient? Here’s your chance to see if it’ s the best one in town!
BrewNost! organizers believe appetizers made with beer are best when served with beer. For the first time, BrewNost! will feature a " Patron’s Choice Recipe Contest."
Submit your entry by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17. See entry rules and how to submit below.
The top three (3) finalists will be invited to share their prepared entry for, and attend the BrewNost! Preview Party Wednesday, September 19. Patrons and Brewmaster Hosts will sample the entries and vote for their favorite recipe. The creator of the winning recipe will be a special guest at BrewNost! on Friday, October 5, compliments of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library , and honored for their entry.
BrewNost! Patron Choice Recipe Contest Rules:
- Must be 21 or older.
- One entry per person.
- Open to professional and amateur chefs.
- Must include name, address, and phone number.
- Recipe must include beer as a substantial ingredient.
- Recipes submitted in hardcopy format will not be returned.
- If chosen as one (1) of three (3) finalists, you must be available to attend the BrewNost! Preview Party on Wednesday, September 19, and must have prepared their recipe for 100 people.
- All entries must be received by the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library by 5:00 pm on Friday August 17. Entries after 5:00pm will be disqualified.
- Top three (3) finalists will be notified by phone on Friday, September 7.
- Entering implies acceptance of rules.
