Located in Czech Village in the NCSML's Kosek Building!  Experience this exciting multi-media exhibition, Rising Above: The Story of a People and the Flood, and the wonderful Museum Store.  Free Admission through July 13, 2012.

Hours:  Monday - Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.   Closed Sunday

Free admission for all visitors beginning Wednesday, Feb. 1. Sponsored by CRST International, all age groups are admitted at no charge to the exhibition, Rising Above: the Story of a People and the Flood. This free, sponsored admission continues through Friday, July 13, 2012. 

Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Open Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Please note:  The moved and expanded museum, now 50,000 sq. ft., will open to the public on Saturday, July 14. Its new address is 1400 Inspiration Place SW.  We hope to see you there.

Accessibility
All public areas of the Kosek Building are wheelchair accessible. An elevator is located at the rear entrance. Service dogs are welcome.

Families
Baby changing stations are located in both the women's and men's restrooms in all public areas.

Directions to the Kosek Building Coming from the North
On I-380 heading south.
Travel through town to the Wilson Ave. Exit
Take the Wilson Avenue Exit (marked with brown signs for the museum)
At the light, at the top of the hill, go left.
Immediately get into the right hand lane.
Go straight through the other light to the stop light at J Street SW
Turn left onto J Street SW
At the bottom of the hill, merge right onto 16th Avenue SW
16th Avenue is a one way street.  Stay in the right lane.
Stay to the right of the Welcome to Czech Village sign
Drive into Czech Village
The NCSML’s Kosek Building is the large, two-story brick building on the right hand side at address of 87 16th Avenue SW.
Parking lots are located behind the buildings.  Visitors may access them via 15th or 17th Avenues SW.
